Winchester, KY – A Winchester, Kentucky-based engineering firm will this summer begin studying what improvements will be needed to bring the Purchase Parkway up to interstate standards. The Palmer Engineering study comes in anticipation the parkway will be part of the Interstate 69 corridor that will one day connect Michigan and Texas. Engineers will also determine what improvements are needed on Interstate 24 from Eddyville to Calvert City.
