Clarksville, TN – A $20 million renovation project will begin next week at the Montgomery Central School complex south of Clarksville, Tennessee. Officials will break ground on Tuesday for the project that will expand the campus area by 50 percent. The Clarksville Leaf Chronicle reports six additions are planned, that include: a 40,000-square-foot media center, a nine-classroom freshman academy on the second floor, an auxiliary gym and theater and improvements to the cafeteria, among other interior renovations. Construction will continue over the next two years, with the major work being completed during the summer breaks and smaller projects throughout the academic year.
