Murray, KY – Meteorologists from the Paducah National Weather Service expect a steamy upcoming weekend. Temperatures across the region will range from daytime lows in the lower 90s. 50 to 60 percent humidity will cause heat indices to reach100 degrees or more in the middle of the day. Nightly humidity could reach 85 percent. Meteorologists advise anyone spending time outside this weekend hydrate often and take brakes in shady areas to ensure they don't overheat.
