Murray, KY – The Murray State Board of Regents meets this afternoon in quarterly session. Members will finalize plans for the MSU operating budget. The Kentucky legislature approved a 2.4 percent cut, spread out over two years, for all public universities in the special session that wrapped up in May. The board of regents previously approved a five percent tuition increase for the coming school year.
