Bowling Green, KY – The national panel that approves doctors as board certified' says US Senate candidate Rand Paul isn't on the list, even though he's campaigned as holding the endorsement. The American Board of Medical Specialities doesn't recognize certification by a national group Paul founded in 1991 and still heads today. According to the American Board of Opthamology, Paul hasn't been certified since 2005. The Republican candidate is a Bowling Green opthamologist, who's facing Democrat Attorney General Jack Conway in the November general election.
