Dover, TN – A Stewart County 17-year-old died after an ATV struck a horse in a farm field over the weekend. Stewart County Sheriff's investigators say Charles "Chaz" Feathers, who's a senior at Stewart County High School and quarterback on the school's football team, was killed early Saturday morning. Feathers and two other boys were thrown from the ATV they were riding. Funeral services will be Tuesday at the high school.
