Calloway County – Calloway County passed its 2010-2011 fiscal year budget last night to the tune of $13 million. The budget includes a 2.7-percent cost of living pay raise for most county employees. The county's three magistrates voted to maintain their current base pay for another four-year election cycle. The plan also includes $3,000 for Murray's Playhouse in the Park, to help pay for new air conditioning units.
