Hopkinsville, KY – The 2010 Census in Kentucky is ahead of schedule. The door-to-door phase of the count is 94 percent complete. The Census Bureau has processed 44 million forms from Kentucky residents, leaving around three million still to collect. Spokesperson Terry Plumb says the door-to-door workload was less for this census than in 2000, because more households returned their forms in the mail.
