Mayfield, KY – A crop-duster pilot is in fair condition after a crash-landing yesterday. Ryan Smith was taken to Paducah's Western Baptist Hospital following a crash-landing at the Mayfield-Graves County Airport. The Paducah Sun reports Smith was conducting a flight test with the crop-duster when the nose of the plane touched down, flipping the aircraft onto its top. No chemicals were on board and the plane did not catch fire. The crash closed the airport for around seven hours.
