Murray, KY – The Kentucky Community and Technical College System Board of Regents approved a four percent tuition increase for in-state students during its meeting today. But a provision allows students previously enrolled at KCTCS during 2010-11 to maintain the 2010 tuition rate for the upcoming academic year. In-state tuition increases from $125 to $130 per credit hour. The increase will go to fund nonrecurring merit bonuses for full-time faculty, increases in employee benefits and faculty promotions.
