Clarksville, TN – Clarksville city officials expect to learn of the final timeline for completing work at its developing marina by the end of next week. TMS contracting and engineers are working on an accurate estimate of the project's completion date. City spokeswoman Christie Hill says this process is important to the city and it cannot be rushed. Work at the marina has been delayed after several hang-ups, including: subcontracting firms declaring bankruptcy and last month's Cumberland River flooding.
