Murray, KY – Illinois Governor Pat Quinn says when he gets the state budget from the legislature, he'll spell out specific spending cuts. And he wants to do that by the end of the month. Quinn spoke Friday to reporters after a speech to the Illinois Chamber of Commerce's annual meeting. Quinn told the business organization he's the "jobs governor" and knows how to lure new businesses to the state. He faces State Senator Bill Brady in the November election.
