Fort Campbell, KY – Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear has directed all state office building flags be lowered to half-staff today in honor of Fort Campbell soldier Specialist Blaine E. Redding of Plattsmouth, Nebraska. Redding died after suffering wounds from an enemy improvised explosive device attack on his vehicle in Konar, Afghanistan.
