Elkton, KY – Police are searching for two inmates who escaped from the Todd County Detention Center over the weekend. 42-year-old Scott Patrick Kennedy and 28-year-old Shawn Anthony Cochran were reported missing from the facility Saturday afternoon. Both inmates are described as 5-foot-8 white males from the Louisville area. Kennedy has a medium build with brown eyes and blonde hair. Cochran has a smaller build with green eyes and brown hair. Anyone with information should contact their local authorities.
