Elkton, Ky. – As of mid-afternoon, the Kentucky State Police still have no leads on the whereabouts of two inmates who escaped from the Todd County Detention Center over the weekend. Forty-two-year-old Scott Patrick Kennedy and twenty-eight-year-old Shawn Anthony Cochran scaled the facility's fence in a recreation area Saturday afternoon. Both are described as 5'8" white males from the Louisville area. Authorities had transferred the inmates to the Elkton facility from Louisville on charges of burglary and receiving stolen property.
