Paris, TN – A Henry County couple is scheduled to appear in court at 9:00am today to face charges of aggravated child neglect. The Henry County Sheriff's Department arrested 25-year-old Clayton Barnes and 18-year-old Joyce Leach Friday. The arrest followed an investigation after officers found the couple's 4-month-old child malnourished and dehydrated on May 28. The child recovered in a hospital and is now in foster care.
