Elkton, KY – The Kentucky State Police says two inmates who escaped from the Todd County Detention Center over the weekend have been apprehended. 42-year-old Scott Patrick Kennedy and 28-year-old Shawn Anthony Cochran scaled the facility's fence in a recreation area Saturday afternoon. Authorities had transferred the inmates to the Elkton facility from Louisville on charges of burglary and receiving stolen property. The KSP reports they were notified at about 5 yesterday evening by the Indiana State Police that the two had been arrested without incident and were in custody.
