Murray, KY – Democratic State representative Melvin Henley of Murray is one of only two legislators who have returned their wages from the 2010 special session. Henley and fellow democrat, Representative Jim Wayne of Louisville, returned more than $2,500 to the state treasury for last month's weeklong session. There is no word on whether any of the other 138 lawmakers plan to return their wages.
