Paducah, KY – More than 13,000 people from almost 200 different zip codes attended Paducah's LowerTown Arts and Music Festival last month. Co-director Stefanie Graves says the event wasn't just fun, but it stimulated the local economy. Accumulated sales from juried artists, LowerTown galleries and food vendors totaled over $131,000. Graves says plans are already in the works for next year's festival.
