McCracken County, KY – A homeless man has been charged with two counts of car theft in McCracken County. 49-year-old Charles Harding was arrested yesterday morning at an abandoned house in West Paducah after McCracken County Sheriff's Deputies found a Ford Taurus on the property that had been reported stolen earlier that day. Harding later confessed to stealing another Ford Taurus June 10th, telling deputies he disposed of the car by pushing it into the Ohio River. A second man found in the abandoned residence, 27-year-old Michael Labelle, was charged with criminal trespassing. Authorities say the investigation is ongoing.
