Fort Campbell, KY – A Fort Campbell soldier has been indicted on charges he sold a machine gun and a land mine to an undercover federal agent. A grand jury indicted 22-year-old Eric David Waldman of Clarksville, Tennessee earlier this week. Authorities arrested Waldman earlier this month. He was an active duty infantryman 101st Airborne Division's first battalion. According to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Waldman sold the weapons to an ATF agent in Oak Grove, just outside the installation. He's being held without bond by the U.S. Marshals Service.
