Oak Ridge, TN – Former Paducah city manager Jim Zumwalt is one of five finalists for Oak Ridge, Tennessee city manager. Zumwalt's interview with the city council is on Monday. The other candidates are Ray Gosack of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Bryan Shuler of Colquitt County, Georgia, William Shanahan of St. Marys Georgia and Mark Watson of Yuma, Arizona. Zumwalt resigned as Paducah city manager in March after criticism of how he handled hospital property near the Julian Carroll Convention Center.
