Tennessee – Tennessee U.S. Senator Lamar Alexander doesn't want to judge federal agencies' actions during last month's flooding before hearing from representatives at an upcoming Senate hearing. The July 22nd hearing is to find out how the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the National Weather Service communicated with other agencies and the public. Record rainfall in early May killed 22 people across Middle and West Tennessee.
