Bardwell, KY – A Ballard County jury has acquitted a man on all charges in connection with a wreck that seriously injured a Barlow woman. 47-year-old Craig Clouse of Missouri is acquitted on charges of driving under the influence and three assault charges last March. The Paducah Sun reports the wreck left Angela Penrod paralyzed and in a coma for weeks after Clouse's tractor-trailer struck her car head-on east of Barlow on U-S 60.
