Hopkinsville, KY – Students at Hopkinsville Community College can now transfer to Austin Peay State University more easily. School leaders call the new dual admissions agreement between the two institutions the Austin Peay Guarantee.' The student applies first to HCC and once they complete their two-year associate's degree, they can quickly move on to a baccalaureate degree at APSU. HCC students can apply at any time during their enrollment.
