Montgomery County, TN – Federal, state and local agents raided a national biker gang clubhouse in rural Montgomery County over the weekend. The local raids netted at least two arrests. 34-year-old Eldon Ray Noble of Cumberland City and 42-year-old Robin Laws are in custody. Laws is charged with especially aggravated kidnapping and Noble's arrest stems from writing worthless checks. The raid is connected to the "Outlaws" biker gang, a national criminal organization suspected of drug trafficking, violence and weapons violations. Officials tell the Clarksville Leaf Chronicle the raids uncovered evidence in ongoing violent crimes cases. The clubhouse building is the third discovered in Tennessee.
