Clarksville, TN – Infrastructure work is moving forward for the opening of Clarksville's Hemlock Semi-Conducter mega site. HSC Group and Tennessee Department of Transportation will dedicate a new four-lane road leading into the site Thursday morning. The 1.2 billion-dollar factory will manufacture polysilicon, a base material for solar panels. HSC's Montomgery County location is scheduled to open in 2012.
