Oak Grove, KY – An Oak Grove shopping center owes more than $33,000 in 2009 property taxes. The Shoppes at Oak Grove will have its tax bill sold at auction next week. Christian County Attorney Mike Foster says an investor will likely purchase the bill in hopes of earning a twelve percent interest return, levied from the property owner. The Kentucky New Era reports six businesses occupy the ten-space property.
