Murray, KY – Four more people are charged in connection to a home invasion earlier this week. Murray Police arrested 49-year-old Terry Flager, 25-year-old Monta Harper and 18-year-olds Laken Knight and Haley Petty. Flager is charged with hindering prosecution, Harper is charged with tampering with evidence and both Knight and Petty face charges of facilitating first-degree burglary.
Pagliai's restaurant owner Chuck Wynn was the apparent target of the home invasion at his residence, which prompted an exchange of gunfire wounding both Wynn and one of the suspects. Police arrested 32-year-old Cortez Beckman and 20-year-old Terance Silas, charging them with attempted murder.
