Madisonville, KY – The criminal trial for a Hopkins County magistrate accused of sex crimes is in its third day. Circuit Court Clerk Carolyn Polley says prosecutors have begun calling witnesses to testify against Wesley Lynn. Seven women have accused Lynn of sexual misconduct during his tenure as a paramedic at the Regional Medical Center. Grand juries indicted Lynn in 2008 and 2009.
