Aurora, KY – A state contractor will begin repairing the US-68/80 Eggner's Ferry Bridge at Aurora today. The work will restrict lanes around the clock, limiting traffic to passenger and pickup vehicles only. An automated light signal will control the flow of traffic over the bridge, which crosses Kentucky Lake and the Tennessee River at the Marshall and Trigg County lines. The work could take as long as two months to complete.
