Frankfort, KY – Kentucky's Inspector General has cleared a Madisonville nursing home of any wrongdoing in connection with a female resident being burned in a fire there last month. The state investigation finds the nursing facility, Homestead Personal Care Home, complied with state regulations and found no regular violations. The Madisonville Messenger reports the fire incident involved a woman accidentally setting her clothes ablaze after smoking a cigarette outside the facility.
