Murray, KY – Murray's Glendale Place Senior Living Community may soon have a new owner. Sunwest Management plans to sell the facility to Seattle, Washington-based Emeritus Senior Living. Meetings will be held at Glendale Place to answer any questions about the sale. Both companies tell the Murray Ledger they are committed to making the transition as seamless as possible for everyone involved.
