By Angela Hatton

Nashville, TN – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers released a draft of its evaluation of the May floods in Tennessee. The nearly 400 page report details how the Corps dealt with controlling water release at locks and dams. It notes problems during operations, including power failures and outdated action plans. Corps officials plan to answer questions about the report at a press conference Thursday.
