Knoxville, TN – A Fort Campbell soldier faces federal charges after allegedly threatening to kill a County judge. The U.S. Attorney's Office in East Tennessee alleges 36-year-old Franklin Jeffries II posted a video of himself on YouTube. In the video, Jeffries conveys the threat to Knox County Chancellor Michael Moyers. An FBI agent's affidavit says the video shows Jeffries singing a song referencing killing a judge and others if he must continue to go to court in a child custody dispute. The agent says Moyers, who is handling the hearings, was fearful of his life after learning about the video.
