Paris, TN – Henry County, Tennessee commissioners approve a plan to change up clerking responsibilities at the County Clerk's office. Probate Court clerking will now be handled by the Chancery Court Clerk and Master's office and Juvenile Court clerking will be the responsibility of the Circuit Court Clerk.
County Mayor Brent Greer tells the Paris Post Intelligencer now is the most appropriate time to make this type of change because of the upcoming elections and retirements of Circuit Court Clerk Ron Myers and County Clerk Jerry Bomar.
