Madisonville, Ky. – This morning, officials ceremoniously broke ground for the new Hopkins County Judicial Center in Madisonville. Workers are already preparing the site for the $20.4 million, 64,300-square-foot building. Kentucky Court of Justice officials say construction is scheduled to be completed in early 2012.
