Nashville, TN – A US Senate hearing begins this morning looking into the actions of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' response to May's Cumberland River flooding that devastated middle Tennessee. The hearing will discuss a Corps report which blames poor communication between the Corps, the National Weather Service and other agencies for errant flood forecasts and other problems.
