Murray, KY – The two candidates seeking retiring Republican Senator Jim Bunning's seat are handling their campaign funds differently. Attorney General Jack Conway gave 400-thousand-dollars in loans to his campaign, which put his fundraising totals over the top of Republican candidate Rand Paul. Officials from Paul's campaign say he hasn't given any of his own money to the campaign funds which totaled $1.14 million in the second quarter. Conway's campaign officials report a final tally of $1.4 million for the Democratic candidate's funds.
