Draffenville, KY – A Louisiana man is in custody in Marshall County accused of having sex with 15-year-old girl in a Draffenville hotel room. 27-year-old Joshua Tucker is charged with five counts of third-degree rape. He tells deputies he met the girl on MySpace and she claimed to be 19. Police also charged Tucker with carrying a concealed deadly weapon after finding a gun in his vehicle.
