Hopkinsville, KY – Two faculty members at Hopkinsville Community College recently received certification from the Kellogg Institute. Heidi Arnold and Julia Laffoon-Jackson were among 44 educators selected from across the country to participate in the program for the 2009-2010 academic year. The women are now Developmental Education Specialists after their participation in the training program and completion of an implementation project at their college.
