Paducah, KY – Mayfield-based Youngblood Excavating is officially the contractor liquidating and demolishing Paducah's Executive Inn. City officials approved the Paducah Riverfront Development Authority's recommendation to accept the $217,000 bid from Youngblood and its sub-contractor, Texas-based PRC Environmental. The companies have 60 calendar days to liquidate the hotel's contents and 150 business days to complete the demolition. The project is expected to wrap up by the end of March.
