Madisonville, KY – Madisonville native Brandon Polley faces an indictment of 21 charges including four counts of kidnapping. The Madisonville Messenger reports 28-year-old Polley held five people at gun point after escaping from police custody. He is also accused of stealing a sheriff cruiser and wrecking the vehicle. County Judge Executive James Brantley increased Polley's existing bale of 25,000 dollars to one million dollars at Commonwealth's Attorney David Massamore's urging. Polley will be arraigned at 10 a.m. Friday.
