Paducah, KY – Paducah's Greenway Trail is one step closer to becoming a complete tract. City commissioners introduced two ordinances to purchase the final two parcels of property for almost $17,000 that will complete a section of the trail connecting the Brookport Bridge and Noble Park. Parks Director Mark Thompson says the nearly six mile trail is planned to stretch from the Expo Center to the Perkins Creek Nature Preserve. At present, the Greenway Trail is almost two miles long and connects Noble Park and County Park Road.
