Memphis, TN – West-Tennessee convicted serial rapist Bruce Tuck is suing the Shelby County, Tennessee Sheriff's Office and Sheriff Mark Luttrell claiming mistreatment. The three-page lawsuit alleges officers constantly harassed, threatened and assaulted him. The suit includes six claims against Luttrell's office and seeks compensatory damages and authorities clear him on all charges. WPSD-TV reports Tuck is being held at the Shelby County Detention Center as he awaits additional charges from rape cases he's been linked to there. Tuck pleaded guilty last year to three rapes in Weakley County.
