Officials with the Fancy Farm Picnic's political stumping have determined a preliminary speaking order. Democratic Attorney General Jack Conway and Republican Dr. Rand Paul will start the stumping. A coin toss administered by emcee Jeff Hoover determines order directly before the speeches. Second District Incumbent Senator Bob Leeper has elected not to speak at this year's picnic, though his opponents Republican Mike East and Democrat Rex Smith will face off.
