McCracken County, KY – McCracken County Sheriff's deputies responded Sunday morning to a report of a 12-year-old driving a stolen vehicle. The minor's parents reported their son had stolen their Ford Escort station wagon. Deputy Colleen Pennebaker located the vehicle traveling near Husbands Road, and once she turned on her lights and sirens the boy fled, reaching speeds of 85 miles per hour. Deputies later stopped the vehicle on Hovecamp Road and took the juvenile into custody.
