Paducah, KY – National Weather Service Meteorologists in Paducah expect extreme heat this week. Despite small possibilities of thunderstorms the highs most days will exceed 90 degrees with heat index values up to 110. The area averages 38 days with temperatures above 90. As of July 29th the count is 31 days. Meteorologists expect higher than normal temperatures to continue into next week.
