Paducah, KY – A Paducah man will serve a 25-year prison sentence for molesting children. 38-year-old Robert Bivens will be eligible for parole in just over 19 years. Bivens pleaded guilty last month to sodomy charges to avoid a possible life sentence. Prosecutor Seth Hancock tells the Paducah Sun Bivens is one of the worst child sex offenders he has ever seen. Bivens operated a Fulton go-cart business, which he used to befriend and then molest young boys.
