Trigg County High School Study results

By Rebecca Feldhaus

Cadiz, KY – Trigg County High School administrators will soon present the results of a collegiate readiness study to the Board of Education. Study results recommend high school staff members take a truncated version of the ACT. Analysts also recommend modified interventions, which could include special tutoring and online courses, for students who don't meet college standards. Superintendent Travis Hamby says they want to help students avoid taking remedial classes, which cost money and provide no credit. The Board meets next Thursday.
